Third Annual Conference, 2-4 October 2008 - Belgrade
The Third Annual Conference on Human Security, Terrorism and Organized Crime in the Western Balkan Region was held in Belgrade from the 2nd to the 4th of October 2008. The Conference, held at the Zira Hotel in Belgrade, was organized by the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights and the ETC Graz.
